is a fast growing construction company focusing on telecommunication and power construction projects. Our main customers are from almost all telecommunications operators and PLN. We are currently engaged in several projects at various regions in Indonesia, and are planning to start new projects in Jawa Barat, Sulawesi, Sumatera, dan Kalimantan. To facilitate the company’s business expansion, we are currently in need of strong and passionate professionals to be part of our team as : Executive Secretary

Job Description:

• Provides administrative support to the President Director, including word processing, data management, travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, filing, receiving and returning phone calls
• Prioritizes mails and communications for President Director, ensuring all incoming and outgoing documents and correspondences are managed in an orderly manner
• Prepares materials to be used in Management Meetings as required, and prepares minutes of meetings
• Transcribes, compiles, and distribute minutes of meetings
• Perform general office duties, prepare and maintain records management systems
• Organize external and internal events as needed in support of the President Directors activities and company’s program

Female and single

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree, Secretarial or equivalent

Has minimum 3 years experience in a similar position

Are trustworthy, self disciplined, self initiative, self motivated, hardworking, fast learner, proactive, has excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Possess ability in managing time efficiently and effectively

Are computer literacy, minimum Ms Office

Good command of English both written and spoken

Willing to work in Mampang ( Jakarta Selatan)
