- Responsible for the inventory and security of all the materials in the store and finished goods store
- Maintaining the truck condition at high level, safe to be used
- Regularly attend the monthly HSE Committee Meeting to understand the latest HSE issues, including related to his section
- Socialize and inform his subordinates on every new updates of HSE requirements and procedures and remind his subordinates on the existing HSE requirements and procedures periodically
- Conduct internal HSE inspection in his section with regular intervals to ensure full HSE compliance
- Give information to HSE Junior Manager and HSE Junior Executive in case of behavioral problem of his subordinate concerning HSE compliance
- Give information to HSE Junior Manager and HSE Junior Executive concerning the incident that is happened in his section immediately after the incident happened
- Actively involve in AI-HIRARC (Aspect Impact and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Risk Control)
- Making and revision in his section. The review of AI-HIRARC shall be made whenever there is a new personnel, new process, or new machines in his section, and be conducted at the latest once a year
- Be fully responsible for the achievement of HSE KPI in his section
- Ensure that all of the Raw Material and Finish Goods Warehouse Operator able to drive forklift well and safely and has the appropriate Forklift driving license (SIO Forklift)
- Ensure that all of the Logistic Driver and Co-Driver able to do safe loading and unloading of our products in our factory and in the customer’s place
- Ensure that all of the Raw Material Warehouse Team fully understand on how to do proper bonding & grounding and implement it during the solvent transfer process
- Bachelor Degree in Business Admin /Logistics
